Homeowners in our network are often first-timers. They may feel nervous. We ask providers to:

• Explain each step in plain words
• Be honest about timing and price
• Show up when they say they will, or tell the homeowner early if plans change
• Respect the home and the household's day
• Never push a job the homeowner does not need
